Use of an item is bound by the license you purchase. A license grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use and incorporate the item in your personal or commercial projects. There are several licenses available:
Free License Terms:
- You may download free templates from www.premium-themes.co and use them in any personal or business project without any charge. Keeping the developer credits on the footer is mandatory
- You may not offer those templates, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale. You cannot include the template with a website offered for sale or distributed for free.
- You may be permitted to convert a template to a CMS theme to sell or distribute for free, but the copyright holder’s permission (preferably written) is required.
- We don’t provide any support for the items displayed on www.premium-themes.co. Please purchase Single site license or Multisite license in order to get supports if required.
Single site license:
- Your use of the item is restricted to a single domain or client.
- You may use the item in work which you are creating for your own purposes or for your client.
- You must not incorporate the item in a work which is created for redistribution or resale by you or your client.
- The item may not be redistributed or resold.
- If the item contains licensed components, those components must only be used within the item and you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.
- If the item was created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPLv2), your use of the item is subject to the terms of the GPLv2 in place of the foregoing conditions (to the extent the GPL applies). https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.en.html
Multi-site license:
- Multi-site license allows you to create single or multiple websites for use by you or your client or client domains.
You may use the tempalte to creating websites for your own purposes or for your clients.
- You must not incorporate the item in a work which is created for redistribution or resale by you or your client.
The item may not be redistributed or resold.
- If the item contains licensed components, those components must only be used within the item and you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.
